Capital Réseau is the financial vehicle created by SADCs and CAEs to circulate their liquid assets. It provides simple, seamless access to advantageous capital to better meet community needs. It's also an agile service that's highly effective in emergency situations as it enables the rapid creation of new initiatives to support entrepreneurs..
For example, thanks to financial contributions from Canada Economic Development for Quebec Regions (CED), SADCs and CAEs deployed the FARR Regional Recovery and Assistance Fund to help businesses affected by the impacts of COVID-19. With FARR-LOANS, $94.3 million was quickly invested to support more than 3,468 businesses.
